Hi Jeff, Nice Photo, I have been on a few engines & even the old GP-9's have hot plates & kettles. I dont know if CP has upgraded yet, but CN up here in Canada has had microwaves on board also for along time. The Soo line goes through close to where I live (Estevan,Sask.) so I see alot of the road #'s on the engines that are in pictures here, go through up here, as I am a train fanatic too as well as a model r.r.
