Auctually there are a few other manned towers in the Detroit area, but this is the only one left outside of Detroit.

What a great picture. Makes me think of the many times I went with my neighbor, a tower operator, in 1960, overnight at Vandale tower on the Pennsy. Just looking at it I can feel the anticipation...good job.
