Is this the south wind?

Based upon the Florida East Coast stainless-steel baggage car (a one of a kind) and the lead Atlantic Coast Line "Florida"-series sleeper, I'd say, yes, it is the South Wind.

In my previous comment I neglected to mention the fourth car, which is a Louisville & Nashville, Pullman-built 10-6 sleeper built to Pennsylvania Railroad specifications. I believe there were three cars in the series, two of them being Green River and Kentucky River.
