Nice Catch there Mike. I have to agree with CPRChris, this looks better then the GE's. I am getting sick of see the GE's now going by, but the past few days at work has been nice, lots of F40PH-2's going by on 71/76 & 73/78. Keep up the good work Mike.

Very nice shot Mike! At first I didn't really like how that scheme looked on the F40's, but it looks good on screamboxes! I can't wait to catch her in action.

A very nice-looking F40. I was surprised at the green because it seems that some of the GEs have been repainted with blue instead. Any one know the story?

Thanks for all the comments guys ! I agree with everyone else here that VIA 6400 is one of the best painted F40's to date and hopefully VIA will get more funding from the government to rebuild more of their aging F40 fleet in the future like the 6400. J.C. the paint of the 6400 is blue but under different light conditions it would appear green under the sunny conditions with the yellow hue hitting the paint, but in factory light (artifical light) the unit would appear blue.
