What's the difference btw. Conrail's SD60I's and everyone else's SD60Ms?

The Conrail units are the only SD60's built the the "Isolated" rubber mounted floating WhisperCabs. Thus the "I" designation in the model name. 81 were built, and all were for Conrail.
