I've seen other shots of this waterfall with other RRs on the bridge. Who all uses this bridge, and via trackage rights or separate lines? Nice work!

CSX owns the line across this bridge (the Chicago Line), although the Rochester & Southern operates across it to interchange with CSX at Rochester Yard. Foreign power is quite common along this line, so that might be what you're thinking of.
