Comparing this F7(A) to the one in Photo #180337 in Stockton in 1968 says a lot about Amtrak and the Federal government.

I agree with Michael. The government has let our passenger rail system slip away piece by piece. This photo is a great testament to that fact. Thanks for preserving this piece of history.
