This unit definately could use a little love as of late. A few years back it housed a bakery called the Naughty Baker that made custom cakes that, to put it mildly, were a bit lewd. Apparently, the demand from frat houses, bachelor, and bachelorette parties was not enough to keep it going. Talk about adaptive re-use!
