Nice photo..but what intrigues me is they sent 8800 horsepower to pickup an empty flat car, a 110 mile round trip. To top it off, these units are located at the west end of the big paper mill at Luke MD's yard..they had to run right by the
GP38-2 that switches the mill yard. One would have thought the switcher could have been sent for the flat car.
In the news is that CSX is going to decenteralize it's dispatching..might be a good idea.
