Excellent composition, Walter! I agree with the others, this is one instance where the telephone poles actually add a dramatic element to the photo, rather than getting in the way like they usually do. Nicely done!

Pretty cool shot, Walter. You captured the prairie landscape and openess very well. The motorcycle is a nice touch, too, I've always said a sport bike would be the perfect chase vehicle for a mainline steam trip, thats close enough. On a side note, its good to put a face to a name, I was a few feet to the right when you took this shot - http://www.flickr.com/photos/walter-s-photo/751831574/in/set-72157600403841627/. If I recall correctly you were the one on the rocks in the creek at the final Cass runby during Railfan Weekend also; if so I was the one frantically trying to keep some of the trees down along the RoW. I'm sure we'll cross paths again at future steam events.
