OHH, I like it! Agree with Roman, it DOES look good on a P40. Still looks better in Amtrak Phase 3. Any reason why Amtrak dumped it?

These NJ Transit Genesis locos will serve the NYC-Atlantic City train due to start this fall. They'll use the third rail electric once they hit the hudson tunnel.

Doubt very much they'll be using third rail since they don't have that capability. Presume there will be an NJT electric on one end of the train and they'll turn the train at Atlantic City and again at New York?

I heard NJT P40's will lead test runs of NJT's new "Casino Express" from NYP to Atlantic City. I don't know anything about third rail, but they're a nice addition to New Jersey Transit's fleet.
