Rain and fog gives a good effect and holds the smoke/exhaust down. Nice shot. Looks like that rock perch on the right would be a good platform to shoot from.

Yes, atop of hat rock would be a great place to position oneself. Great idea! Locals call that place, Robs "tater" hill for some reason.
