The green locomotive in the background is one of the U4 class streamlined 4-8-4's. The giveaway is the skyline casing, not applied to either the CN 4-6-4's or 4-8-2's which had similar styling and paint.

That green paint made me think it was an NP engine at first. I would have expected more red from CN.

The 6200's number plate was already being removed at the time, so I am wondering who has it today...

@ David Garon: Its a U-4-a built by Montreal Locomotive Works in 1936 to be exact. GTW had the same engines built by Lima Locomotive Works in 1938.
