Ahh CSX open house. Every year since that photo was taken they (CSXT) lets you see less and less in and around the Locomotive shops. In fact they cancelled open house at the last minute in 2007 making the city of Cumberland look like idiots during the railfest canalfest celebration since they advertised the CSX locomotive shops open house in media etc only to learn that very morning that CSX bailed on them.

That locomotive was fairly new then this was one of my favorite SD70's that CSX has, its a shame they had to change the number.
