This signal location is 17.3 on CSX's Cincinnati Terminal and is referred to as a few different things on CSX. On the radio the signal is often called 'Tri County', 'Cementdale', '747', or 'Crescentville Rd', with the most often usually being '747'. The old signal was located closer to the old St. Route 747 road crossing, thus the '747' reference . The 'City' is generally referred to as 'Tri County' due to it's proximity to three different Counties (Hamilton, Butler, and Warren). However, Tri-County is not it's own City, rather it is apart of Springdale.
