That storage facility has some fantastic lighting system. The rolling stock appears to be sitting in sunlight, but the background indicates otherwise. Thanks for the preview look, Steve.

All's quiet at The Giant Pencil Yard. Those poles are so pointy and Steve has captured a great view of them that you can't realize driving along Alaskan Way. Nice shot!

I agree, I like it because it's different and required some creative and unique thinking to capture this scene. It's just so different than all the other shots posted in the last week. This is the first shot I’ve seen of the new yard. Nice work Steve PCA vote from me as well.

That is a wild shot, Steve! I can't figure out how this one slipped by me. Too bad there were no American companies able, or even willing to win the bid. Instead of Great Northern, they could be called Great Asian. But, still cool!
