Posted by larrym on June 3, 2009  According to Strapac's book,Western Pacific's Diesel Years,WP had gotten a deal on these particular headlights and to save money on new locomotives had EMD use them instead of the standard headlights. Posted by Mike Goodwin on July 8, 2009  It looks like either Winnemuca, or Elko. WP had small yards at both places, if I recall correctly.
