That is unique. The video of this is awesome! I don't know any systems like this on NS, especially because coal dusts flies out of the trains, it's really annoying.

Nice educational shot. I"d say they'll be doing this soon on the PRB if they can get the costs and liabilities straightened out, after the big derailment episode due to dust buildup in the ballast. Thx.
