I believe this is an Alco product, based upon the shuttered radiators, single cooling fan and the shape of the cab roof. It appears to be a standard gauge, four-motor version of the narrow gauge, six-motor, DL535, operated by the White Pass & Yukon. Nice to see that ex-Metra F40C on the adjacent track.
