Its actually a summer sunday and the reason no-one is about is because the seawall at this point was closed. The three men in orange vests to the right are standing roughly where a hole appeared in the wall. Fortunately, it did not hinder the trains and has been dealt with. Today, Friday 11th July 2008, this photo was published in the Torquay Herald Express local newspaper.
