Just goes to show you can find history in the strangest of places hiding out. And what is that in the foreground cluttering up the view, a waterspout or what?

David, You will find the sister to this cab just on the opposite side of town. It has been repainted red and used to be located beside City Hall in "downtown" before the relocation process of the downtown district. But is pretty good to pass by and recall a more grand time that has past. I have asked several folks as to the origin of the water spout, but had no luck. Everyone seemed to recall that the spouts were gone well before the water tank was dismantled, maybe Beaver did end up with it?
