How is it being controlled from the rear cab? I can see a driver.

A tram has two driving cabs at both sides but in normal situation, only the one at the front side is used because there are U-turn tracks at all the termini.

Tram 159 is not travelling backwards, it is being controlled from one of the duel driver compartments that a lot of the world trams have
