That is pretty creepy. But it seems almost like artistic genius because of the rude mental intrusions it makes when one sees the head but it exists in a scene so common in the day to day world.

Talk about your ever-lovin' CREEP factor! Whoa, was it "fright night" on the SP? Who'd they have as yard master in Tucson, Leatherface or was it Freddie Kruger? Either way I guess they figured out a good "No Trespassing!" campaign to keep people off the property! Yeah, I'll uh...go railfan someplace a little less frightening thank you!
