That is a nasty consist, at least the BNSF unit is heritage 1. I managed to catch them in Coon Rapids around 5pm as they came into town. A nice catch indeed!

There had to be plenty of disgruntled and downright hostile passengers on that train! I can understand Amtrak needing help on the EB once, but not twice. With an F59PHI and a P42DC for power, Amtrak should have been able to bring that trin in by itself.
