This is either a kudo to the Canon 5D sensor, or to the photographer's abilities with photo editing software to work the levels and de-noise the shot with master technique, or both!. Stunning. Posted by Ryan M. Martin on February 3, 2009  Sweet surreal shot there Clark of the Starlight Detour WB through Soledad Canyon! Something comes to mind, a phrase, hmmm a Bible quote? "Yea Though I Walk Through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I Will Fear No Evil." Spooky dead trees, dead grass and trademark dead looking SoCal hills. Those clouds look like smoke complete with sunset fire-imitating glow. That distant sunset perfectly centered in the distance at the end of the valley reminds me of a Lord of Rings movie scene. Again, an excellent and hard-to-pull-off shot.
