Posted by Brad Kindschy on April 23, 2009  It would *seem* like northern Quebec with Cartier units running through the town of Gardeau. The WNY&P painted red over the faded orange on the first & third units, making them look more CN units; while the middle unit is still in faded Cartier orange. The WNY&P did an amazing job re-stenciling and touching up these units. I understand that two more ex-Cartier's are on the way to replace the remaining HELM leasers.
