I suspect it ain't leaving the property any time soon. At least not without repairs to those steps and hand rails!

This engine was sold as scrap but ended up used as the switcher in the scrap yard. I see this alot in scrap yards. They buy the equipment for scrap but end up using it in house until it fails or they buy something better.
