Is that a steam engine behind the diesel? What is the deal with this train?

They are both preserved by the same company, one was taking the back to the depot.

That looks like 35005 "Canadian Pacific". 35005 was painted blue, and I have a version of it for Microsoft Train Simulator wearing blue paint. Could I be right? If not, are there other Merchant Navy's preserved in blue paint?
