Is UP maintaining these motors as CNW or is it a group of loyal former CNW employees doing it on their own?

Form what I was told by a UP MIC, the railroad is basically turning a blind eye to these two. Barring some major mechanical failure, theses two will remain like this until they're retired. Rumor is, they will both go to IRM after retirement, and I believe it is IRM that spiffed them up a few weeks ago as well.
