I like these shots where two freights meet especially when old units are usering in new units.The Soo Line was a very strong logo. In a string of one hundred freight cars you can easily spot the Soo Line.

Lots of History here. the track on the far left curving away is Ex-MILW. the CP train is on Ex-CB&Q trackage, the Soo locos are on the Ex-Rock Island track. there used to be a diamond here where the MILW crossed the CB&Q, the Rock Island parrelled both as the traveled to Pigs Eye yard behind the photographer 2 miles.
