You had to be there to understand the slight humor in this photo. The officer in the image did a fabulous job of keeping people off of the tracks- in a very take-charge kind of way. If anyone within 500 yards up or down the mainline even thought about toeing the ballast they were in for an ear-lashing! Nobody was going to ruin her day by crossing the tracks, and kudos to her and her partner for doing their job well.
