Where are the railfans trackside? Traffic looks normal. When Fort Wayne's Nickel Plate Berkshire 765 ran Buffalo- Corning far too many years ago, the roads along the then Conrail Southern Tier line were jammed. It looked like a NASCAR race, with railfans driving three wide on two lane roads at sixty plus. That was fun, dangerous, and foolish but oh, was it fun.
