Well, Cassandra is a tough place for both east and west bounds (like this one) as it is necessary to hold back the train on the grade. Foreign power is virtually unheard of on the likes of 509. I bet Juniata/Altoona shops did some work on the UP unit.

Last weekend 598 had this same unit 2nd in tow elephant style. Juniata MUST have did work on it, it was cool catching it again this weekend.
