I remember seeing this and the other ATSF collection as it was moving through Stockton, CA in route to high hopes at the California State Railway Museum. This or one other unit had a pipe feeding oil to one of the journal boxes from a tank on the running board. Iit is understandable why the plain-bearing unit would not be shipped on its own wheels today!

Built for service in Dearborn Station, Chicago, this one really belongs in Illinois. I hope there are zebra stripes in her future, because the guys at IRM know how to use masking tape, with the North Shore Electroliner as a stunning example.
