It never ceases to amaze me that, well into the 21st Century, NS still knowingly and willingly exposes its operating employees to diesel exhaust in such a blatant manner. With BLE&T and UTU Designated Counsel winning multi-million awards on behalf of their clients for diesel asthma, it seems incredible that NS would continue with such a dangerous practice.
