Posted by Dave Howarth Jr. on January 4, 2010  I have been told the WC 3006 and WC 3014 are in heavy bad-order storage, but have all of these including the newest of the "Grey Ghosts" been retired? If they are all retired, why are they not being offered for sale by Canadian National? Great Shot!
