Back in the late 80s, when I attended UT, NS GP-30s and GP35s roamed these rails. Just wish I would of taken a few photos. Nice shot!

All I work with is gp 38's and 40's and sd 90's, after watching this video I am so jealous of that sound! I've always loved the "growlers"!

I love the lines of this shot. The train going back with the same kind of cars, plus the backdrop of Knoxville in the background. Not to mention SW1500s! I'm surprised the second end cab is lettered for Nash County. I'm not sure it's ever been on that railroad. The only G&O property in North Carolina that I know has gotten SW1500s is the Laurinburg & Southern.
