Glad to see this get on, Dennis. Although it is unfortunate that this old girl should need a fence to protect her, it is great to see the RP folks overlook its presence and allow their large audience to see this survivor. And BTW, you did a great job with the lighting and the angle to minimize the impact of the fence. From the looks of the thumb, I almost couldn't tell it was there!

Great job, Dennis. Perfect use of the tree as a framing element -draws my eyes up and away from the fence, then down to the locomotive. Excellent.

Excellent photo of the GTW 5632. I knew the owner of the GTW 5629 and was quite familar with the sad loss of his locomotive in Blue Island, IL back in 1987
