Very nice and an interesting photo! Actually the yellow loco is not class 77. This unit is class 76, very similar to class 77, but also there are some differences between the two series. Class 76 is the older one and the units that belongs to it aren't such reliable than the engines class 77. Mainly for that reason engines from class 76 are out of use in BDZ. In the last months three engines class 76 are overhauled and sold to a private company in Argentina. The loco from the picture must be the third one, intended for Argentina.
