Bitterroot Valley! Looking west to Bass Creek and Kootenai Creek west of Florence. Just came over the Bitterroot River on the old Bass Creek Bridge. I worked on this section as a boy out of Florence...still has the old 76-pound rails laid in the late 1800's. A section of four used to maintain this track to Missoula. As a boy, I remember these mountains were free of logging. Looking in this direction is over 100 miles into Idaho wilderness. Sure brings back memories! Nice pic Justin...keep them coming!
