A new beautiful tank but they kept the old friction bearings?

They put the new welded tank on the No. 3377's tender frame after removing it's old tank. Unfortunately, these dual drawbars won't mate with No. 3254. I have no idea what they plan to do with the solid bearings. Plan B coming up...
