Tre-men-dous photo, Mitch. Great clouds meet an interesting skyline.

Wonderful shot... but isn't the pronunciation more like "Phiw-a-delphia?"

Pretty one, Mich. Correct pronouncement is....PHILLY!

Growing up listening to the local radio station (93.3 WMMR), I got quite accustomed to hearing it as "Phillll-ahhhh-Delphia!" Thanks for the comments! This was a shot I'd been after for some time, specifically, a cloudy sky that didn't cast the most in opportune shadows.

Nice skyline image, Mitch! Love the sky in this one as well.

Beautiful picture of an interesting city. It is amazing how Philly has changed since I went to school there in 1966-68. The GG-1's are a tough act to follow, but your recently posted modern images show that railroading is really no less photogenic, just different. Has absolutely nothing to do with the picture but I had a great "Philly" cheesesteak today in San Francisco....tough to replicate the real thing but this place I go to does a good job. I had it "mit".
