If memory serves me correctly... I believe there is a road crossing directly in front of that loco. Wonder who is blowing the horn? The conductor?

In 1977 the conductor would have been riding in the caboose! How times have changed. Great shot Don. I spent many enjoyable evenings watching NS, Amtrak, and SP trains at Iles while hanging out with the 2nd trick operator Bill "Trapper" Hammer in the early 1990's.
