Might be the Bangor Aroostook 107 "Burnt Hill", still in Derby,ME. If not, it sure looks like it!

The James J. Gilmore is up in Portland, OR at the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation under their care. And yes, it's an original Coast Daylight observation car, though it's not in its original interior configuration.
