This picture could have been rejected for many issues. For instance consider bad angle, not enough light, common angle of common locomotive and poor esthetic. The screeners let it through I suspect because of the curved track leading to the bridge. The picture tells a story of what is to come. The locomotive has potential energy. We can picture a train wandering down and crossing the bridge. We see what the engineer sees, a lonely road leading to Fairmont.
