This is definitely one of my Favorite Photos on RailPictures.net. I like the composition with the curve further in the background, showing more of the train. Even though there aren't any landmarks in the photo, you can still tell that this is the Tennessee Pass line by the high mountain park it's travelling through.
There's some great news, as well. The lead unit, Rio Grande 5401 was just donated this month to the Colorado Railroad Museum. I have details of it on my CoRailroads.com blog.
