This just looks so much like a layout from a model railroad. I have to agree that it is so very neat to catch sights like this while they happen. Great shot here, that's a winner in my book!

Is that a public street? If so, it would make a great railfanning spot!

Amtrak7, that street is Lumber Street, which was once a public thoroughfare, but has for some time been apparently co-opted by Amtrak and other resident industries on that street. Last year, Amtrak added a guard gate on the north end of the street, removing any doubt that it's no longer for public access. Thanks for the comment.
