Posted by Joseph Yarbrough on January 7, 2011  Some of the Illinois Central SD70s are receiving Locotrol distributed Power (DP) equipment. DP equipment is being installed at Metro East Industries in East St. Louis. Note the newly-installed red marker light atop the left ditch light.
