Appears to be typical government double speak. Train traffic controlled by UP dispatcher 2000 miles away, And in the last sentence This dispatcher controls Amtrak and Union Pacific Freight trains.-Huh?

This shot has become quite popular! I wonder if I can get Pete Lerro to do some type of photo charter - there's a whole host of signs I'd like to shoot in sweet light! All kidding aside, it's an interesting shot that tells an interesting railroad related story. Best of luck that this image does not rise to be your number one photo within your portfolio!
