The building directly behind the shop is the "Old State Office Building". The tall building directly above liquid container is the "New State Office Building", that's normally just called the Tower. The Old State Office Building was totally renovated about seven years ago, removing asbestos, old electrical equipment. and elevators. The railroad had good equipment but did not always keep up with things. One day they delivered several cars of bottles to the local distillery, and pulled a car of product or full bottles. The very next day they delivered another car of new empty bottles, but when the car was opened it was the car of full bottles that they picked up the day before ! That's not how to empress your customers. The road had a Burrow Crane that needed repair, so they had an employee work on it. The employee managed to dis-assemble the crane. Shortly there after there was an argument with the same employee which resulted in the employee being terminated. When the railroad shut down there was a Burrow crane kit in the shop, still waiting to be assembled. More than once the employees simply walked off the property in disgust, because no one liked to lift sand bags to the Alco sand fills. To my knowledge they never had a sanding tower.
